Unless you are in their boys club they don't value your opinion. I witnessed the Founder/CEO scream at employees for doing their job. He changes his mind with the wind. Hires people then fires them 2 months later. The company will go by another name in 6 months to avoid all the negative press. Making comments to people who would leave the office before 530 on a Friday.
