Perpetually understaffed, hours so long it’s exploitative. People come and burn out fast. Very little upward mobility. Completely partner driven- you will be producing one of the partners ideas. Can get moved from project to project frequently without getting to see things through. Management mostly concerned with keeping the partners happy. Never feel ownership of work. Also capabilities are kind of behind the best in class in New York now— need to catch up to be able to compete with the highly competitive New York industry especially in order to attract and retain talent.
