      - time flexibility to a certain extent

      Cons

      - Upper Management is messy, alot of internal politics - Company cheats your salary whenever they feel like it. - KPIs given can be changed without notice towards the end of the month (with a few days left) and then they will deduct your pay because you didn't meet the new KPI. - Management has questionable morals. - No career growth or progression. Alot of empty promises.

      Pros

      No tech problem and it should be appreciated. Company provided macbook which will be helpfull for faster work . City team was nice except Relationship manager as he know only to lie and blame others and he wont out effort. Good pay and hospitality

      Cons

      Sales team will tell to the SVC that we have 200 drivers but the actual count will be 30 so the operations team will be answering SVC because of sales team's false promise. *long working hours* While onboarding drivers company will state that if any accident happen intransit means company will request for CX insurance but after onboarding he will be penalized for accident like 10k or 20k were his pay will be only 15k
