Thank you for sharing this 5-star review and for your eight years of dedication to the HP program. It is rewarding to read about your journey from rising to new challenges to growing into a Field Operations Manager. We are glad that the guidance from leaders like Shon and Andrew has made a meaningful impact on your career. Your flexibility during busy periods and your commitment to our collaborative culture are what make our teams successful.
Thank you for being a part of our success.
The company culture is fantastic. They invest in your growth and ensure you have the tools needed to be successful for our clients.
The main goal for everyone is to solve for yes whether it's for our clients or for our teams.
Support teams truly support field teams and executives are invested in what we do but give us autonomy to execute in our own way.
Cons
Low pay for entry level staff creates a revolving door; while this is due to contractual obligations defined by clients we need to find a way to solve the issue to retain top tier talent and recruit quality candidates.
The growth of 2020 over the past few years has been extraordinary! We've had the opportunity to have some amazing team members join our team and bring in a diverse group of leaders. What hasn't changed through all the growth has been the culture. They have made this a better place to work. I've had more opportunities to develop my own career path with this growth. We've also experience a massive leap forward in our technology and infrastructure in the past few years with the new leadership in our IS/Analytics teams! It's simply amazing what these teams are bringing to the table each week. it's been an exciting time to be a part of the Sr. Leadership team and 2020 Companies.
Cons
Its hard to keep up! We all work directly in our client space and schedules. What has come with this growth is the lost opportunities to connect as a larger team of leaders to support and share ideas and best practices. It just gets to a point it becomes impossible to align so many calendars. Miss those days, but we have smaller, more client centered group teams that meet regularly. Just feels siloed.

Your perspective on how we have maintained our core culture through organizational growth provides excellent insight. It is great to see the positive impact of our IS and Analytics advancements highlighted by senior leadership. We also acknowledge your point about the challenges of alignment and feeling siloed as teams grow. Balancing client schedules with broader leadership connections is a real logistical puzzle, and your feedback underscores the value of those collaborative spaces.
Your long-term dedication has been crucial to reaching this 35-year milestone, and we are grateful to have your leadership guiding our future direction.
