Great place for self improvement - Anonymous employee 1x Exchange Employee Review

I thoroughly enjoyed working with the CEO when the company first started. He was always up to speed on the things he requires and is fast to get things done and decided. He is also very easy to talk to, which is good and extremely uncommon in most work places. Although the office is shared with CapBridge, the location is great and easy for one to get around.

Unfortunately I feel like his work sometimes does not get recognised. Other founders, colleagues or affiliate partners will try to come in and dictate or steal his thunder.

Cannot think of any except friendly people and long lunches.

Overbearing management coupled with unrealistic expectations is the recipe to low morale and high turnover. Undefined processes and messy workflow. Unprofessional behavior and inappropriate choice of words used against a junior employee that is borderline harassment and bullying.
