      One off few jobs in a small town that offers group health insurance.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, micro-managing ,and intense "splitting" management styles. No career paths, and poor paying positions with no metrics for performance bonuses.

      Pros

      The atmosphere here is very positive. The team members and management truly care about you as a person as well as helping you become the best at your job.

      Cons

      It is often confused with other banks named similarly. There are only reviews on here are not for this bank and not at all accurate.
