Good team surrounding you Good cash incentives if you don't mind putting in the hours.
Cons
Excessive working hours Management ignore you if you need support or question a process they are introducing. HR is not actually qualified in HR? More customer service focused than actually doing the work. Management is very cliquey- if your besties with them, then expect to go where you want and get what you want. You will not have a life.
