Pros
-Go to shows, events or concerts (pre COVID) depending on who the project manager of that show is and if they like you.
Cons
The cons are as followed: -They just got sued and Lost because they were not paying us what was deserved for long hours and they weren’t giving us lunch breaks. Please feel free to look that case up online -Terrible upper management. -Felt like I was in High School all over again the way these children acted at work. - Everyone talked about everyone in bad ways - No matter how many years you work there you don’t move up unless you suck up to upper management ( for example I worked there for over 5 years and I worked a lot of shows and events but because upper management didn’t like me because I didn’t suck up to them I wasn’t invited to after parties but these 21-23 year old kids were invited that just started because they sucked up to management) -If you want to work for this company be prepared to have people talk crap about you on every shift and be fake to you as soon as you try to say hello to them. -Basically have to hook up with one of the upper management people to get anywhere with this company -if you want to make money do not work for you this company they will use you for 1 week and forget about you for months until someone calls out and you are their last resort.
