Great stepping stone. Learn everything you can and get out after a year or two. Raises, promotions and advancement only pans out if you drink the kool ade.
Cons
The nature of the interaction between labor and management in e-commerce should be respectful and professional. I personally witnessed outbursts, which were among the least professional thing I've ever encountered. No reason to berate people because of performance issues. Address the issues or let problem workers go.
