Cons
Started with a decent supervisor but she left for a job elsewhere making more $$. My next supervisor was terrible, completely unprofessional during weekly meetings by spilling all her personal problems, and lived for micromanaging, At annual review time, she actually praised me for my hard work, then told me my pay increase would be $ .60 per hour! The quarterly bonuses are a joke and it's almost impossible to get the highest amount (even if my metrics were the highest on my team). For the job, the pay is way under the average salary in 2025. I started interviewing for other positions and with my experience, every offer I received was 50% higher salary than I was making at 180. I accepted a job three months ago and it's night and day.
