None that I can think of.

The only pro is you get a paycheck.

Where do I begin. For starters 70% of the work force are ex convicts, drug addicts or worse. The probation officers come in all the time to check the x cons. The pay is terrible as you are schelduled for 50 hours but the paycheck is fo 40. The HEAT IS UNBEARABLE as the facility was never intended to be a bakery. People have actually died due to heat exhaust. The cleanliness of the entire place is awful. You will never want to eat a sandwich again once you find out who they send bread to. It is also a family run business so “friends of the family” are treated as owners so you can’t hold them accountable . Do yourself a favor if you are a good people leader…RUN
