Pros
Everyone was lovely to work with and the team experienced some great benefits to begin with
Cons
So many cons. At first, 123 was a great company to work for but things started quickly going down hill and cracks began to show. Scott Jones repeatedly paid his team late with no explanation other than lies and excuses, coincidentally his favourite colleagues (there was a lot of favouritism within the company) were always the ones to get paid first or on time. Staff were also severely underpaid and often promised pay rises and promotions that never happened. Eventually Scott Jones liquidated the company, but it was clear this was only to avoid paying staff redundancy pay, as a mere few months later he relaunched the company again under the same name (123 internet / The Milk N Beans Agency) and re-hired his mates within the company. All while working there, the social team felt mocked and alienated from the rest of the team, at times there was clear proof of this during work hours with people messaging and making fun of the team at work. We also witnessed staff members hired, thrown into difficult tasks with little to no support from the rest of the team and then screamed at in the office and fired when the task wasn't completed. We also later learned that our clients weren't even informed of the liquidation and the company has continued to try and run their socials...without a social team. Avoid at all costs!
