Pros
There aren't any pros to working here unless you like working at a place run by bullies who only care about themselves.
Cons
121 was a great place to work, but with Bruce Fafard and Paul Blackstone in charge, it is a nightmare. Wages are low, goals can't be made because they are driving off the members, and you come in every day wondering if you will be fired for no reason. Your manager won't stand up for you because then they will get fired too.
