      Here are my 5 works. 10point1/Stagwell has no pros.

      I have been a developer for over 20 years and 10point/Stagwell is the worst place I have ever worked. This is truly what they call a "chop shop". They pay people after 3 months. The attitude of management is absolutely terrible. It's no wonder they mostly outsourcing to indian companies as local folk don't put up with terrible attitude. They will time you when you go lunch or breaks. Also have to watch out for Compustaff who actively works to get them people. They lie about a lot of things. Stay away from 10point1/Stagwell and Compustaff unless you want to develop anxiety and depression.

      Pros

      Highly skilled team, good location and top of the line projects. Great place to gain experience and advance the portfolio.

      Cons

      Extremely poor pay schedule (sometimes more than 90 days to be payed), terrible management that don't care about employees at all. False promises to employees, terrible motivational speeches from upper management, that let employees know how little they matter. It is clear that the management views its employees as expendable resources, 0 culture and respect for the hardworking employees.
