      There’s a really good gas station to get lunch from nearby.

      The hangar at 1 Vision Aviation is small, which can feel cramped and limiting. The workplace has a cliquey vibe- if you're not in the inner circle, it's tough to feel included or valued.

      Team focused, good group of employees, good pay, chance to move up in pay and responsibility, leadership receptive to suggestions for improvement

      Cons

      would have said get get some heaters, medical coverage and a 401 K but the heaters are here and working, we have medical coverage and the 401K is in the works
