Pros
The outsiders help you navigate through this company once they see you aren't part of the cliques and they are some of the most accepting and wonderful people once you find them.
Cons
It is one of the strangest almost childish companies I have ever worked for. There are cliques of people like high school. Speaking of, employees decorate the cars of their peers for their birthdays like kids decorate lockers in junior high school. The culture is very Utah and company wide emails about hiring someone's relative because they are in the same ward as someone else are acceptable to be sent to the entire company (mind blown). If you are not from Utah, you will be thoroughly confused as to what is going on in this strange secret society and will most likely not be accepted, wanted or liked, which makes it very hard to do a job. True story - I once had a Director level person enter my office, sit down and tell me that they were married for eternity and then proceed to talk negatively about a certain gendered group of people. I left soon after that.
