Pros
Wichcraft prides itself in providing a clean and safe environment for its employees and customers.It is a good company to use as a doorway back into the work force. However, people should use their employment there as sort of a apprenticeship and continue to search the job market for 'gainful' employment.
Cons
Do not expect job security working for Wichcraft. There is no uniformity throughout this company. Work schedules are a seesaw and changes day to day w/ less than a 24 Hr. warning. Management controls employees willingness to accept obscene projects with the tacit threat of reduced hours and back and forth swap from Full-Time & Part-Time.
