Avoid this company at all costs. During my time, I was shocked by the lack of practical learning. No one guides interns, and the entire HQ team—from admin to finance, marketing, and sales—ARE ALL INTERN! I nearly suffered a panic attack due to the stressful environment.The management or the boss is very indecisive when making decisions. Decisions are frequently changed last minute, causing trouble for all departments due to sudden changes - Some jobs involve tasks that aren't related to the job role.The boss lacks respect towards the staff, often shouting and screaming over trivial matters. The company has ridiculous policies. Public holidays are not observed, and the management is terrible. Within a week, I saw staff being scolded, threatened, and overloaded with work. Interns are forced to meet the same targets and perform the same tasks as full-time employees while being paid intern wages. Interns are even expected to teach other interns, which is absurd.There is no career growth here, no good opportunities, and the management shows zero respect for workers, often using harsh words. At HAPPY DENTAL, HQ TAMPOI, even during external events, you’re burdened with work to take home. Failure to respond promptly in the Telegram group results in insults. Top management refuses to collaborate with university lecturers, hiding their identities and forcing interns to liaise with them. Avoid this exploitative company at all costs!
