Stay away from Jiminny - Anonymous employee Jiminny Employee Review

Ouch, that’s a review full of words which I don’t recognise in Jiminny. I never like to be defensive in receiving feedback, in fact my stance is first to try and put myself in the shoes of who is writing it and see the truth in every review - especially the bad ones! You’ll see examples of that from reading other responses. Trouble is, I have little clue as to where you were based and who you worked with to help investigate your perspective a bit more - in many ways your review says a lot but also gives little away. It is correct that 3 VP’s left our business this year, not 4 and certainly not in the same month. They left us between January and June. To add context we had 8 VPs on our Senior Leadership Team at the start of this year, for a business of less than 100 people that's a very high amount of leaders. I share that so that people understand that we’ve still got 5 VP’s running the business because I could imagine people thinking we barely had any left after reading your review. Beyond that, everything else in your review just leaves me wondering why, why you felt so mistreated here. I speak on behalf of the whole Exec team when I say we don’t tolerate any of the behaviours that you mention in your review and Im curious as to why you yourself didn’t use our beopen value to share what you felt was wrong at the time?
