      Pros

Eicoff offers a flexible work environment, treating employees like adults with the freedom to come into the office just a few times a week.       Cons

      While Eicoff has a lot of positives, there are a few challenges. The company requires detailed time sheets, which can feel tedious and time-consuming.       An ENTIRE staff made up of lifers, having to shell out one's own $ and then waiting to be reimbursed, not enough clients but somehow too much work = poor leadership
