      Pros

      The team is made up of friendly, approachable professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional work for clients. While the atmosphere is welcoming, everyone is deeply committed to their craft, taking the work seriously to ensure each campaign is tailored to the client's needs and goals. Eicoff offers a flexible work environment, treating employees like adults with the freedom to come into the office just a few times a week. Plus, the company knows how to inject fun into the workday, with games, team-building activities, and opportunities to connect.

      Cons

      While Eicoff has a lot of positives, there are a few challenges. The company requires detailed time sheets, which can feel tedious and time-consuming.       An ENTIRE staff made up of lifers, having to shell out one's own $ and then waiting to be reimbursed, not enough clients but somehow too much work = poor leadership
