Work-life balance is excellent. If you need to leave for kids or other life events - no questions asked. Very easy work, good work environment.
Cons
Absolutely no career advancement and raises are rare. Part shortages are common but manageable to work around. Coworkers work at their speed, no drive to work faster or more efficiently. Documents have inconsistencies and you can’t always follow them, but you’re told how to do the builds correctly.
