They have talented employees and growing at a fast pace! Lots of hard problems to solve

Cons

Heavy workload compounded by ineffective leaders. Many managers appeared to be in their first leadership role and lack the experience needed to support the teams they manage or incorporate feedback. Career progression often feels driven more by politics over capability, so advancement depends on your willingness to play that game.
