      - Flexible work culture - Leave policy is good

      Cons

      - Zero growth opportunities. There's no on the job learning opportunity for data analysing roles. There won't be a gain in skills if you're looking to switch the job. - Poor team engagement. - In most of the scenarios, we are asked to work overtime without compensate time off or overtime pay. (Including weekends) - Not a people centric organisation.
