Central location. Partners will defend you to clients. Flexible re working from home requirements.

Cons

Terrible leadership. Constant bullying of staff - Several colleagues have left citing mental health reasons. Work you to the bone and pay far below the going rate. Do not pay overtime but expect you to work late every night. Chat not permitted in the office. The highest turnover rate I've ever seen in a job.

Remote/Hybrid working but doesn't compensate

Cons

Manager believes in micro management and berates instead on instruction. Partners unavailable most of the time and distant. Very little work/life balance with huge workload and little relief. Hugh turnover rate and if you join you will see the reason why.
