      Pros

      Great company and team to work for, they want to empower employees and understand growth within them. Numerous opportunities to take on further training and opportunities for secondments. Ensure all team members are regularly updated within the organisation with meetings, emails and posts on internal websites. Managers do care about their team members mental health and work and life balance.

      Cons

      The pay could be better, alike all social care and care companies the standard of basic wage should be higher, something that is set at the top with the government and councils, not something that should lie entirely in fault with ECL.
