      I've referred 3 extremely qualified prior coworkers to Eagle. The whole city has been ghosted by you! Word gets around. If you're not going to hire normal individuals without a past prison conviction, pull your ad down looking for employees!!!

      Lots of overtime hours if needed flexible working hours friendly environment to work in

      Cons

      Too much hours and if you hate working overnight, you probably shouldn't do night shift. I will subject you work during day shift. Hours 10-12 per shift
