I am given real ownership over my work, not just in execution but also in shaping the approach and outcomes, which makes the work both meaningful and motivating. It is easy to see the impact of what you do, and that sense of purpose goes a long way. The people are a genuine highlight. Colleagues across teams are kind, thoughtful, and supportive, and there is a real sense that people care about one another as people and not just as coworkers. Leadership has a clear vision and has positioned the company well for long term, sustainable growth. There is a strong sense of direction and momentum, which makes it an exciting place to be. Finally, compensation is honestly very competitive.
