      - Strong, capable team, everyone they hire for the team is amazing

      Cons

      - CEO and Publisher are sneaky - You will have to fight for every sick day - Higher ups distrust their employees and treat them terribly

      Pros

      -Passionate, hardworking staff. -Small room allows for better communication between departments.

      Cons

      -The small room is expected to do the workload of a much larger one. -Little to no insurance. -Higher ups have alarmingly little experience in publishing. -Employees must fight for every sick day or vacation.

      Thank you for your feedback. We care deeply about our employees and try to provide a positive environment for growth. Many of our people have grown immensely with us and been able to secure high level jobs at major publishing houses where they have excelled. We are proud of our corporate culture but of course each day we are working to improve our performance across the board.

      Pros

      Camaraderie of colleagues. We often suffered in silence, but the palpable sense of compassion amongst the staff was comforting on "hard" days.

      Cons

      If you're looking for a healthy work environment to grow as a professional and hone your publishing skills, this place is very likely "not a fit" for you. The workload isn't the issue, it's the constant redirection that no amount of flexibility can accommodate. The "hard" part is involuntary subjection to the many moods of the CEO.
