I joined Dispendix almost a year ago, attracted by its blend of startup vibes and stability—exactly what I was looking for. Its standout feature is definitely the international culture. It’s awesome to work in a place in Stuttgart where everyone speaks fluent English. That’s not something you find every day around here. Plus, they really respect work-life balance. The team is super supportive, stepping up to help if you hit a rough patch, making sure everyone gets back on track.

By knowing the fact that Dispendix is a small company the compensation and perks are what you'd expect—fair but not extravagant. The workload matches up well with the pay so it feels balanced.
