One of the worst bank presidents in Connecticut. Management micromanages. No room for advancement. Very clicky and lots of water cooler talk. They want to be a big bank. No diversity.

Senior leadership team are out of touch and don't know how to treat employees. Most are from BIG banks and they don't care about customers or employees. This bank used to be involved in the community and do great things. Leadership doesn't leave their offices and you must be a yes person to succeed. No new ideas or technology. The operate by consensus. They work you to the bone with little recognition or appreciation. Pay is horrible and benefit are basic.
