      Pros

      Was a great Company to work for, good holidays, flexi hours and some great work Colleagues, excellent Health package.

      Cons

      lack of recognition of talent, New Management Team only focused on cost and not in Employees, no opportunity to grow and lack of support from Managerment very noticeable. lack of backup for all roles and office spirit at all time low, Values mentioned a lot but seems to be more about talking than actually doing?

      Pros

      Nice and supportive colleagues. A pleasant mix of nationalities. Initially you can learn a lot.

      Cons

      Very hostile work environment which is only getting worse. It seems they are trying to get full-time employees to quit by treating them unfairly. Zero chance to progress if you are not friends with the management team. Things have gotten markedly worse in the last year.

      Thank you very much for your feedback. We have a great mix of different nationalities and cultures in our office, with a supportive and friendly atmosphere. As a company we focus a great deal on employee development to support individuals growth and continued learning, both within their existing position and as part of their career path within Digital River. This includes individual development plans, role shadowing, lunch & learn sessions and interview training to prepare people for internally advertised positions when they arise. Over the past year we have also continued to invest in our Customer Service Team by adding additional team members, Supervisors and more improved support structures. With continued feedback from our employees we are continuing to work hard to maintain Digital River as a great place to work.
