      Pros

      Lots to learn technically. The workers are brilliant and willing to teach others about the job.

      Cons

      It is a small company with lots of turnover. The hiring process is very stringent. The salary is on the low side.

      Management was new; mostly co-workers promoted to needed positions. Focus was on R&D only. Short sited in new facility.
