Pros
The collaboration culture is the best point, in my opinion, and this is true from the employees to the C-level board members. The autonomy that the employees have and also the flexible hours are amazing. The company provides equipment and partial help with certifications, also a good thing. You can also choose the quantity of the PTO (paid time off) and the exact day(s) of the PTO.
Cons
Career opportunities also depend on company growth, so this can take time

- They always pay on time. - you work Remotly, and they will support you if you need new headphone or anything like that. - they will also support you when you want to do a certification.
Cons
I can not say its a Con, but its a new company, so do not expect it to have all the benefits a huge company will provide.
