      Pros

      Pharmacist owned and pharmacist run... hospice pharmacy benefit manager... patient care at the end of life

      Cons

      Only con is that we are growing rapidly and at times hard to find employees that look at who they have helped at the end of a hectic day.

      Pros

      Delta Care is a small family owned company who makes you feel like you’re family. The people who work here truly care. They listen to you and do everything to make you happy. The pay is competitive, you are eligible for quarterly bonuses and have flexible schedules. There is some kind of position for most everyone. This company just keeps growing and more positions are being created as it grows. Love seeing the progress the company has made thus far.

      Cons

      Honestly, my one con was some type of FMLA when it came to maternity leave but they listened to us and have implemented something as of Jan 2021! Other than that, I cannot think of any other complaints.
