The company has a focus on employee wellness, considers work / life balance, reimburses up to $250 annually in wellness expenses (including mental health), and leadership is extremely flexible in terms of granting time off. Rad Old City headquarters is easy to access and close to great restaurants, parks, and attractions. Caters to clients large and small, for an eclectic range of cool and exciting creative projects. Actively seeks out opportunities to amplify voices and practice social responsibility.
Cons
Currently fully remote due to pandemic, some employees report missing the connections and culture we had in the office. Very fast-paced, with frequently-shifting priorities. (Industry standard.)
