      Pros

      After the ownership changed hands the company is very focused on improving all aspects of how Definitive operates. Streamlining processes, competitive pay and listening to what employees have to say are a few of the changes that make this company a great place to work for.

      Benefits can be tough on people with dependents

      Pros

      Great Management Team focused on company longevity, loyalty to employees. Low base salary but no upper limits, good vacation package, skilled employees. Owner is available everyday. Great connections within the industry and well respected. If you are good at high end or luxury sales you can make an extremely good living.

      Cons

      Good company to work for, if you are a slacker dont bother, you will not feel comfortable here. This is a small company, and while you don't have big company politics, you have small company desires. You have to perform or you dont get the undocumented benefits. The industry is small, and your reputation can spread easily.

      Pretty Good Place to Work

      Pros

      Good support and chance for training if you’re willing to put in the time and effort. Some guys are pretty close knit. Some staff has worked there for a quite a long time.

      Cons

      4-10 work weeks but often will need to work over time as technician staff can be understaffed at times.
