Company focused on line of business problems in high margin businesses. Customers are some of the most distinguished in the world laying the groundwork for follow on sales and company success. The solutions we build challenge us every day. This isn't another "uber for x" or "analytics for y". We have hard problems to solve and we try to do it with design patterns and best in class software methods keeping us nimble and extendable. Our favorite saying amongst employees is "you could go back to where you come from and have little impact". Company offers typical startup perks (stocked pantries, free lunches, team activities, top of line laptops, etc) but differentiates in hard problems to solve and competitive comp/stock and incredible health insurance package.
Cons
Requires high degree of flexibility and willingness to get stressed to meet high expectations and toeing the line with highly qualified peers. Not a place to punch in, follow predictable instructions, and punch out.
