      Old-school IT company

      Pros

      Main benefit working for Dalet is the people you meet. A lot of them are really nice people. Possibility of full-time teleworking was an advantage for me as well.

      Cons

      There are many things to mention here. I will concentrate on the ones that have influenced my decision to leave Dalet. Old-school IT company with old-school approaches to products, sales and company organization. Company is not ready to move to the high-paced, SaaS- and Cloud-first world with CICD, automated processes, easy onboarding and great customer service. Corporate culture is tough and very masculine, almost no women in the management, rude decisions executed in rude ways in times of crisis. Management is very poor, as no training is proposed and managers are usually not appointed according to their management ability. Poor understanding of the employee’s level, wishes and aspirations and big turnover as a result. No real HR (no career paths, no training, no programs for skills improvement, and no general care about employees), that adds to the turnover.

Dalet has decided to invest in Human Resources, and we are building the team and a roadmap to improve the employee experience. All managers will attend a management training this year and we have launched our quarterly check-in to foster a culture of feedback and support the employee growth. Diversity is also one of the areas of attention.

      Racist company with racist policies

      Pros

      There are no pros. Their salary and benefits are the worst in the industry. All non-French employees also get to enjoy healthy doses of racism on a daily basis.

      Cons

      This is a French company that is heavily biased towards its French employees and couldn't care lesser about non-French employees. There is constant discrimination and harassment handed down to American employees. All senior management employees are by default French and they look down upon anybody who's not French. Racist organization.

      The most retarded company I`ve ever worked for.

      Pros

      Located at Southern district for those not wanting to do every day travels to Tel-Aviv.

      Cons

      Cheap company. Low salaries. Agile cargo cult. Poor product quality and methodologies. No investment on employee training (event on company`s products). HR is not capable to solve problems. Don`t spend your time on it.
