Pros
The design team itself is great – genuinely talented, supportive, and easy to work with.
Cons
Management is the biggest downside. The design manager and director were not supportive and often dismissive. Being told off for simply talking while working felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. The director regularly ignored staff, which created a poor atmosphere and lack of morale. The office environment is tired, dated, and uninspiring. There are no windows, which makes long days especially draining. Ongoing hygiene and facilities issues: fruit flies in the kitchen and frozen pipes during winter meant no running water – yet staff were still expected to be in the office. Work-from-home days are inconsistent and entirely at management’s discretion, offering little flexibility or trust. Pay is not competitive for the workload or expectations. Overall Really not a vibe. The office setup and management style make it an uninspiring place to work, despite having a strong design team. The space needs a full renovation, and the culture needs a serious rethink if the company wants to retain creative talent.
