I have been working at DFS Group full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Growth potential, some really great mentors

    Cons

Too focused on metrics and profitability instead of people, opportunities come to those at the right place in the right time vs those more deserving. Divisional teams are a mess.

I worked at DFS Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Undefined contract, 6.5 euros for the lunch, 37 Euros for the transportation, good commission, Good Salary (14months) .

    Cons

Everything, basically people leaves this company because of the team leaders, Managers, and people of High ranks that treat the sales Associate very bad. There is not opportunity to grow in the company because managers don't let you do it. They don't care about you unless you are in a high position but if you start as sales associate you will remain there for ever.

    Advice to Management

You should change all the team leaders and managers, and listen more the needs of your employees (specially of the low ranks)
