I was working at DBPC for over 9 years and moved to a city far from the office to take care of my ailing mother. The recruitment team found me a very rewarding job working full-time in an area close to where I live. My experience working at DBPC was very rewarding and I appreciate that they took time to train and develop me. The reason I stayed there for eight years, was because they showed empathy towards their employees and offer us all types of incentives year after year. I am always moved by the kindness and their investment in employees. I know that most employees are still working at DBPC since its inception and this is not seen in a lot of companies.

Cons

The underestimate the viciousness of most of their former employees who are not only posting but using others to post negative reviews.
