They genuinely care about people and they give you the opportunity to transform yourself as a professional in line with EU growth. Everyone seems genuinely grateful and happy to be here. There is no seniority complex among the management team and each individual is recognized as an important part of the wider company. A lot of time is also invested in personal development. The facilities are amazing and work environment is great fun. There is a positive work/life balance. Managers offer a lot of trusts which helps you to perform well and enjoy your day.

While it's had its troubles in the past, there is now a coherent strategy and the business is well organised to be a success in the future. We're now working better as a company across all sites, silos have been broken and morale is on the up.
