      To start with, there are plenty of learning opportunities, and the people I worked with were genuinely great. On top of that, contributions are recognised, and new ideas are listened to and considered if they make sense. Management is also approachable and open, which makes for a really supportive work environment.

      The company moves at a fast pace, which can be challenging sometimes, but it’s a natural part of rapid growth.
