      You make your own schedule.

      Cons

      Very low Fee Schedules and fee agreements. 24 hours on call expectation including weekends. Zero training, advancement and benefits are slim; you will basically pay for your own healthcare.

      Fun trainers with some good insights and team building exercises. Nice breakout sessions.

      Cons

      More practical, hands on time to learn, practice and support others was needed. Once you’re “on the floor” you’re on your own.
