      The venues are so beautiful. You will learn the value of luxury hospitality.

      Cons

      Infrastructure. If you need to make it happen it was often up to you.

      Pros

      Great product: opportunity to work with a variety of veg and protein you wouldn't see other places. Huge kitchen. Rebate for work shoes purchased with receipt. There's no standard, so people just do whatever they want. Other workers are really cool.

      Cons

      This is a business...driven by money. Hard workers get overworked. Flakey people do whatever they want. Even when people leave, new workers don't get hired (in the kitchen at least).
