    It gave me what I needed to be able to move on

    Old fashioned, still paper based! Unreal No values Treated poorly Pay is disgraceful Refusal to give the staff the care and tools they need to complete their role successfully Manager likes to employ young lads so she can mother them, it’s a bit weird and cringe to witness I genuinely feel for the staff working in the services as they are treated even worse.

    no sufficient training wages do not match job requirements and risks associated in the role poor management disorganisation poor wages (the hourly rate is less than a national living wage) no adequate staff safeguarding no support from head office

    Always have the support of management and can go to them for anything, big or small. Training is fantastic, both online and classroom based Supervision and constructive criticism when needed Promotion opportunities Flexible working
