traditional startup feel, very open and friendly culture, lots of time to add in own ideas. Challenges you to think about how social media can/does influence new products on the market today, and create products that will adhere to these new standards.
Cons
releases don't usually happen on schedule. The open-ness sometimes leads to a lack of structure, and projects often end up being a "make it up as we go" kind of deal.
CEO is a good guy, very smart/nice people and it's a pretty fun environment. Cool product ideas.
Cons
Founders can't get product out the door, and there's no revenue coming in. Great people who helped get product out seem to just disappear. Their most promising business was just sold off.
