Where do I even start. In the pro I said nice office, they put loads of money into a lovely office ar HO, however, working in the schemes is a totally different story! You get the left over old computers, ripped old chairs, desks about 50 years old in tiny little box office, and I wouldnt dare ask for anything upgraded cos apprantley they "dont have the budget" (but walk into the HO offices you will soon see thats just another lie!) The good reviews on here are CLEARLY HO trying to cover up the reality of this buissness. There is no truth in the title "Care". It is purely a money making scheme. They dont care about font line staff, nor the clients. The staff are the ones who keep the buissness a float, I could count on 1 hand the amount of times anyone from HO visited the schemes, they have no clue what is going on. Each time a bad review is put on, they will MAKE someone from HO cover it up by following it up with a fake good one. The toxic culture and divide is heartbreaking to be part of. If you want to keep your mental health stable, stay clear from this company. They march people out the office in front of others and humiliate them if you don't agree with their ways. They have absolutely no managers left working for them due to the way they treat people and all schemes are extremely short staffed as everybody leaves shortly after starting. If you work in HO your met with balloons and treats on first day, giving a completely false impression of what you are about to encounter. If you DARE go against anything they do, or speak you mind, you may aswell just quit cos your cards are marked! And you can't go to HR because they have been brainwashed and bullied into just doing as they are told, they can not make any decisions for themselves or support staff impartiality like HR should, because everybody is scared to get marched out. Its an office full of people who just nod, ran by people with no experience in care, just corporates lining their pockets. The linkden posts are laughable, portraying an imagie that is far from reality. If you decide to work here, then I wish you luck because the regret will soon kick in! No staff but they will keep buying properties for "growth" AKA more cash. Then spread the little staff they do have across them, causing major burnout, but they just don't care!!!
