      Pros

      The experience gained from client interactions and therapy. This experience I will carry with me throughout my career. Also fellow coworkers are very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help each other out.

      Cons

      Dysfunctional and disorganized. Consumers suffer as a result of the elitist, profit driven mentality of the executive officers. The company morale constantly shifts between disappointment and disbelief with a strong undecurrent of disgust and anger.
