      Enjoyed collecting on a daily basis, gave me a sense of accomplishment. Everyday offered new challenges.

      Cons

      Never enjoyed not being able to help my customer keep his property.

      Pros

      An actual community bank. Employees are allowed a lot of autonomy. The management team is wonderful. Every employee is well trained and the customers are even better! Very inexpensive account options.

      Cons

      Recent purchase by Capital Bank may bring some changes. Slow processes on some loan products. Short staffing in most branches with very small rover staff recently.
